Well, it looks like Guys Only is still stuck in the stone age when it comes to mobile apps. Unfortunately, there’s no app for this dating site – and that’s a real bummer! But why? Well, maybe they just haven’t gotten around to creating one yet or perhaps they don’t think an app would be beneficial for their users.
But let’s face it: having a mobile app can really come in handy when you’re trying to find love on the go! You could quickly swipe through profiles while waiting at the doctor’s office or even send messages during your lunch break – how convenient is that?! Plus, with push notifications popping up on your phone every time someone sends you a message (or likes/dislikes your profile), staying connected has never been easier.
Unfortunately though without an official Guys Only App we are missing out on all these great features and more…so what gives? It may have something do with cost of development; building native apps isn’t cheap after all so if money was tight then developing an iOS & Android version might not make sense from business perspective. You can also view profiles but there’s no way to filter them or even sort them by age or other criteria which makes it tough to find what (or who) exactly it is that tickles your fancy. And when I tried messaging some people on my own account? Crickets…I didn’t hear back from anyone at all! Talk about feeling like an invisible man…
Now, upgrading to the paid version does offer more options such as unlimited messaging and access to advanced filters so finding potential matches should become easier once those are enabled – however these come at quite a steep price tag ($50/month!) considering most sites charge half of that amount (if not less). Not sure why Guys Only thinks they’re worth twice as much?!
As far as unique features go? Well…there aren’t any unfortunately; just standard fare like photo albums and profile customization tools etc., nothing special here folks!. Plus since there’s barely anyone using this platform anyways I wouldn’t hold out hope on meeting someone anytime soon either – sorry fellas! All in all while GuyOnly may have good intentions behind its mission statement – providing an exclusive space where men can meet each other without fear of judgement – ultimately its lacklustre performance leaves me wondering whether we’ll ever see anything truly revolutionary coming outta this corner….guess time will tell eh!?
